The opportunity
We’re looking for a developer who enjoys understanding how things work and making them better. You’ll contribute to web applications and business software, working with designers and engineers to turn requirements into tested, maintainable features. This role suits someone with solid programming fundamentals, a willingness to learn, and projects they can talk about with confidence.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain application features from clearly defined requirements, asking questions early when the problem needs clarification.
- Write readable, reusable code and contribute to code reviews with an open, constructive approach.
- Connect interfaces to APIs and work with data models, validation, and error handling.
- Reproduce bugs, investigate their causes, and add tests that prevent the same issue from returning.
- Document implementation decisions and collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams.
What you’ll bring
- A working foundation in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- An understanding of data structures, basic algorithms, HTTP, and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with Git, debugging tools, and the development-to-deployment workflow.
- Coursework, personal projects, internships, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating your ability to build software.
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn from feedback.
A little extra, if you have it
These are useful additions, not requirements.
- Experience with a modern frontend or backend framework.
- Exposure to automated testing, accessibility, or CI/CD.
- A GitHub profile or a deployed project you can walk us through.
How to apply
Include your résumé and links to GitHub, a live project, or a short description of something you’ve built. Tell us what you contributed and what you learned.
